Stardust Blend 10 ml

Stardust is a blend of bedtime essential oils, designed to improve the quality of sleep and give a restful rest, with fewer interruptions, as shown by scientific research! The mixture spreads a charming, sweet and calm scent in the environment, which seems to cradle you, helping to give you a deep and regenerating sleep.

The Stardust blend offers a combination of essential oils, such as lavender, ylang-ylang and bergamot, tested by studies that have shown its validity (McDonnell et al, J Altern Complement Med, 2019). A few drops on the pillow or on a handkerchief to keep close to the pillow give off a unique, enveloping and slightly exotic aroma. The blend helps to clear the mind of obsessive thoughts, which can keep you awake, relax and give you a restful, deep sleep that is less interrupted by nighttime awakenings.

HOW TO USE:
You can spread a few drops of the mixture around the room. Alternatively, try pouring 3-4 drops directly onto a pillow and a tissue to keep close to the pillow.
