Winter Fairy Tale is a truly magical blend of essential oils. Sweet orange, cinnamon and cloves are the essential oils that make up this fascinating blend, in which each aroma contributes to bringing calm and inner peace, as demonstrated by several scientific studies . In fact, sweet orange counteracts anxiety and stress and instills calm (Goes et al, J Altern Complement Med, 2012), cinnamon drives away sadness and is anxiolytic (Sohrabi et al, Iran J Basic Med Sci, 2017) and Cloves are antidepressants and tonics for body and mind (Mehta et al, Nutr Neurosci, 2013). And then, thanks to the antibacterial and antifungal properties of the essential oils that make up Winter Fairy Tale, this blend also helps to improve air quality (Whiley et al, Rev Environ Health, 2018).
HOW TO USE:
You can spread the mixture using an essence burning lamp or by pouring a few drops on pillows or blankets.
