Sugar-free plum jam, easy and tasty!
What is better in the morning than a slice of whole grain bread and a thin spread of jam to obtain the maximum energy? But in order to avoid an excess of sugars and a too high glycemic load we’ll try to prepare a sugar-free jam! For this recipe we have chosen the last seasonal plums, but you can also use pears and, when it is time, apricots and berries. The fruit sugars guarantee the sweetness of this jam, that is also a precious source of fibers, taste and health!
