In case of stress and tiredness

You can diffuse the essential oil with an oil burner, one drop for each square meter, or you can add some drops on a handkerchief and breathe during the day.

You can benefit from the anti-inflammatory, cicatrizing, cleaning and sebum-regulating properties of the bergamot essential oil in case of acne with lesions and sebum excess, but also eczema and insect bites. Add three drops of this essential oil to the tonic or face cream and apply on the skin. If you want to try the bergamot essential oil on your skin avoid sun exposure and sun lamps just after the application of the oil because the bergamot essential oil contains photosensitizing substances that can cause spot on the skin.
