Try to mix 4 drops of cardamom essential oil and 1 tablespoon of sweet almond oil, massage this lotion on the stomach and belly with slow and circular movements until it has been completely absorbed. This essential oil can also be helpful in case of bad breath, gargle by using a glass of water and 3-4 drops of cardamom essential oil.
You can massage on the sides and central part of your head with a lotion prepared by mixing a tablespoon of wheat germ oil and 3 drops of cardamom essential oil.
Mental and physical tiredness
Cardamom essential oil is helpful in case of mental and physical tiredness.
