Cistus essential oil has a stimulating and harmonizing action in case of problems related to the lymphatic system, can be used for detox and draining massages or in case of water retention and cellulite. In addition to these properties cistus essential oil has also antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and cicatrizing effects, useful to treat psoriasis, dermatitis, fungus infections and to heal wounds. Cistus essential oil han also an anti-wrinkle action. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation or for children.

Draining and detox action

Add 10 drops of cistus essential oil to the water of your bath in order to reactivate circulation and drainage. Stay in water for about 10 minutes.

Wounds, chapped hands

Mix 2-3 drops of cistus essential oil and a teaspoon of your face cream and apply in case of premature skin aging or problems of the skin. Alternatively, in case of wounds or chapped hands, mix 2 drops of cistus essential oil with a knob of shea butter and apply on the part.

For closed-off and inflexible people

Cistus essential oil can help that people who appear to be inflexible, stifle emotions and don’t trust anyone. Diffuse the essential oil in the room by using an oil-burner or breath 2 drops on a handkerchief during the day.
