You can diffuse 5 drops of essential oil in the room where you study or in the office with an oil burner or, in order to benefit from its calming action, you can prepare a bath by adding 6-7 drops of lemon verbena essential oil to the water of the bath, stay in the water for about 15 minutes. This bath can help also in case of muscle pain.
