Do not use peppermint essential oil during pregnancy, lactation or for children. This essential oil has digestive, relaxing, decongestant properties, it results useful also in case of nausea.
In case of poor digestion, indigestion, but also irritable bowel try to add some drops of essential oil to 1/2 teaspoon of honey and take this preparation.
In case of nausea
Especially during travels by car or plane or in case of seasickness, or more in general in case of nausea, smell two drops of essential oil on a handkerchief: this will bring immediate relief.
In case of stress
In case of stress and headache massage the temples with some drops of peppermint essential oil. You can also smell some drops of essential oil on an handkerchief or diffuse it in the room, this will also increase concentration.
In case of cold, hoarseness, cough you can prepare steam inhalation by adding to hot water 3-4 drops of peppermint essential oil.
