Polianthes tuberosa is a plant belonging to the Agavaceae family and characterized by white fragrant flowers. It’s from these flowers that a valuable essential oil is obtained. However, be careful and use always this essential oil in moderation because it has a narcotic effect.

Muscle pain, tensions, poor blood circulation

Tuberose essential oil acts against inflammations and muscle pain, tensions and poor blood circulation. It helps indeed relax the muscles and remove rigidity, it stimulates blood circulation. In order to benefit from these effect, you can massage the part with a lotion obtained by mixing 2 tablespoons of sweet almond oil and 4 drops of tuberose essential oil. Apply and massage until all the oil is absorbed.

Stress, emotional blocks, insomnia and nervousness

Tuberose essential oil acts on the emotional blocks and helps remove them, it promotes intuition and results useful in case of stress, insomnia and nervousness. In addition to this, this essential oil promotes sociality, gives energy and has an aphrodisiac action. In case of stress a bath can be very helpful, add ten drops of tuberose essential oil and stay in the water for 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can diffuse in the room 3 drops of the essential oil by using an oil burner.
