In order to benefit from the calming and anti-stress properties of the vanilla essential oil you can diffuse it in the room with an oil burner, one drop each square meter, or you can add 8-10 drops of essential oil in 100 ml of a vegetable oil, sweet almond oil for example, and massage your body in order to relieve tensions and anxiety. You can also massage wrists with a drop of essential oil together with a vegetable oil, extra virgin olive oil or sweet almond oil, this will help calm the nervous system.
