Drinking three cups of black and green tea seems to be very helpful for the health of our bones, according to a scientific study published on the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. The research was performed over a 10-year period by an Australian team of the Flinders University.
Black and green tea are supposed to fortify the bones and to represent a way to prevent osteoporosis thanks to the presence of flavonoids that protect bones and have an anti-aging effect.
