Milk shakes can be a nutrient and healthy drink during the day. In this version the vegetable soy milk is proposed: soy milk is rich in proteins and contains vitamin E and phytoestrogens, important substances in order to help during menopause or hormonal imbalance.
100 gr organic yellow soy beans
3 dry apricots
cinnamon

Prepare the soy milk by soaking soy beans in one liter of water for a whole night in the fridge. Filter and pour the soy beans in a blender, add one liter of water and blend until smooth. Then heat the milk to boil and let it boil for 15 minutes. Strain with a cloth. If you don’t have time to prepare the milk you can find it in specialized shops, but be sure to buy organic soy milk. Reconstitute the dry apricots in water, pour them in a blender with the milk and blend, at last add a pinch of cinnamon
