The avocado and citrus fruit cream is a very simple and healthful starter, that has both the antioxidant properties of the citrus fruit and the amazing benefits of avocado, rich in vitamins, A, group B, C, D, E and omega 3 fatty acids useful to keep under control the cholesterol levels. Serve with hazelnut sprinkle and slices of black bread, it will be a success!

Peel the avocados and remove the big seed. Blend in a blender the avocado pulp together with a tablespoon of olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice, the juice of half a grapefruit and the juice of half an orange. Add a pinch of sea salt fine ground. You’ll obtain a cream that should be kept in the fridge for an hour. Serve with a handful of hazelnuts coarsely crushed and slices of black bread.
