Berry almond smoothie and hibiscus drink, two healthy and refreshing summer drinks

Ingredients for the berry almond smoothie

4 glasses of almond milk
2 tablespoons of soy yogurt
250 g of berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries

Ingredients for the hibiscus drink

2 tablespoons of dried hibiscus flowers
1 liter of water
1/2 glass of pomegranate juice

Berry almond smoothie

Pour in the blender all the ingredients, you can save some berries to decor the drink. Blend until smooth, pour in the glasses and decor the surface with some berries.

Hibiscus drink

You can prepare the herbal tea the day before. Bring to boil the liter of water, remove from heat and add the hibiscus flowers. Leave to brew for ten minutes, then strain and pour in a teapot. Cover the teapot and let it cool down. The next day you will have a fresh tea, add half a glass of pomegranate juice, mix and here you go this protective and cheerful drink!
