Perfect for breakfast, as a snack or as a healthy alternative to the dessert at the end of a meal this berry crisp mixes the antioxidants of the berries, useful to counteract the cellular degenerations and aging processes, with the anti cholesterol fibers of oat. One bite leads to another and the dessert will finish in a flash!
