Here is a simple, yummy, healthy and really impressive recipe, berry crisp. Perfect for breakfast, as a snack or as a healthy alternative to the dessert at the end of a meal this berry crisp mixes the antioxidants of the berries, useful to counteract the cellular degenerations and aging processes, with the anti cholesterol fibers of oat. One bite leads to another and the dessert will finish in a flash!
Ingredients
90 grams of oat flakes
100 grams of whole cane sugar
40 grams of whole grain spelt flour
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla powder
60 grams of soy yogurt
500 grams of a mix of berries (frozen or fresh when it is season)
In a bowl mix the oat flakes, the sugar, the vanilla, the flour and the yogurt.
In a 20 cm pot pour the berries and cover with the dough of oat flakes. Bake in the oven at 180° for 45 minutes, serve lukewarm together with a ball of vegan vanilla ice cream.
