Sometimes, you really feel like eating a special, yummy and sweet snack. And if this snack is also healthy, rich in energy, good fats, antioxidants, proteins and has the smell of chocolate and the crunchiness of amaranth, the rest is easy! Because eating healthy and yummy food is possible!
100 g of dark chocolate (at least 70%)
30 g of popped amaranth
20 g of cashew nuts
3 tablespoons of coconut flakes
Chop the cashew nuts. In the meantime, melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Then add the popped amaranth and the cashew nuts and stir with a spoon. Add two tablespoons of coconut, too. Take a small jely roll pan covered with baking paper, pour the mixture of chocolate and amaranth and level it. Decorate with coconut flakes and press them with a spoon or a knife to let them adhere to the surface. Put the pan in the fridge for half an hour, then divide the snack into bars.
