Sometimes, during the day, we can feel very tired and hungry. Is there a tasty but healthy snack? Of course, here we propose these special bonbons with cocoa, ginger and dry fruit. Energy, vitamins, mineral salts, antioxidants for these bonbons in which the spicy taste of ginger goes very well with the taste of cocoa, delicious and stronger. The bonbons have just one defect, you will eat them all in a second!

Ingredients for about 15 bonbons, the cups are intended to be coffee cups

1 cup and half of dry apricots

1 cup of raisins

1/4 cup of almonds

1/4 cup of cashew nuts

1/4 cup of hazelnuts

1/2 cup of oatflakes

2 teaspoons of cocoa powder

1 cm of fresh ginger root without peel

Blend in the blender all the ingredients, make some stops in order to avoid overheating the dough and losing important nutrients. As soon as all the ingredients are well mixed and you have a consistent dough put the dough in a bowl and make balls with your hands. Put the bonbons in the fridge for 15 minutes, then keep them in a cool place. Here for you special cocoa and ginger bonbons!
