1 cup and half of dry apricots
1 cup of raisins
1/4 cup of almonds
1/4 cup of cashew nuts
1/4 cup of hazelnuts
1/2 cup of oatflakes
2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
1 cm of fresh ginger root without peel
