200 grams of raisins
40 ml of water

Rinse the raisins and pour them into a saucepan with 40 ml of water. Cook over low heat until the raisins have absorbed all the water. Blend in a blender and set aside to cool. Chop the walnuts and pour them into a bowl. Combine the grated orange peel, the raisin puree, half a teaspoon of cinnamon, the tip of a teaspoon of powdered cloves and a grind of pepper, mix. Separately, in another bowl, mix the flour, vegetable milk, apple juice and rum until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin so as to obtain rectangles of dough about 20 centimeters long, 10 wide and a few millimeters thick.
