Loving yourself and others also means preparing tasty and healthy recipes, which fascinate for their combinations of flavors but which also protect health. Today we will see how to make delicious dried and fresh fruit chocolates in a very simple way and in a few steps. These little beauties do not contain lactose, butter or cream, but only dark chocolate, which is a precious source of antioxidants, clementines, juicy, fragrant and characterized by anti-aging and anti-inflammatory properties, pieces of banana, energizing and useful for gastrointestinal health, but also hazelnuts and pistachios, which provide unsaturated fatty acids, potassium, vitamin E and phytosterols for the well-being of the heart and the whole organism. All that remains is to free your imagination and create exquisite pieces of taste and health to be enjoyed with the people most important to us!

Ingredients

200 grams of dark chocolate

2 tablespoons of vegetable milk

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla powder

1 clementine

1 banana

Shredded coconut

Goji berries

Pistachios

Hazelnuts

Candied ginger

Cut the dark chocolate into coarse pieces and pour into a saucepan with the milk. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Combine the vanilla and mix. Prepare a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Peel the clementine and divide it into segments, taking care to remove the filaments. Dip half each clementine segment in the chocolate, then place on the baking paper. Decorate with chopped pistachios or chopped candied ginger. Peel the banana and cut it into fairly thick slices. Using a fork, dip the banana slices completely in the chocolate, then place them on the pan. Decorate with chopped hazelnuts or grated coconut. With a spoon, take some melted chocolate and form discs on the baking tray covered with baking paper. Sprinkle with goji berries and chopped hazelnuts, or with just coconut, with goji and pistachios, in short, follow your imagination! Put the chocolates in the fridge for 30 minutes, remove the chocolates from the pan and these irresistible little beauties are ready!
