The energy bars are a very simple and enjoyable snack to prepare at home, perfect for breakfast or mid-morning. The bars are rich in nutrients, taste and energy!
250 gr of rolled oats
125 of sesame seeds
30 gr of flax seeds
100 gr of walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and cashews
60 gr of raisins, goji berries and cranberries
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 pinch of vanilla powder
3 tablespoons of honey
Soak the raisins and the goji berries in a bowl full of water for half an hour, then squeeze and put aside. Blend coarsely in a blender the walnuts, the hazelnuts, the almonds, the cashews and the rolled oats. Mix all the ingredients, except the honey, in a large bowl. Liquefy honey in a water bath and pour it in the bowl with the other ingredients of the bars. Mix well, pour then the mixture in a baking pan covered with baking paper and a little oil and put in the fridge. Once it’s cooled you can cut into bars. Store in the fridge.
