Horseradish sauce

Horseradish sauce is obtained from horseradish root, that has important digestive properties and is able to improve the action for stomach, intestine and liver.
100 gr horseradish root
100 ml vinegar
1 teaspoon of sugar
salt
Wash the horseradish root. Then, remove the peel and blend the root. Mix the compound with a pinch of salt and the teaspoon of sugar. Add also the vinegar and put the sauce in jars, that should be kept in the fridge. It is better to wait at least a month before eating the horseradish sauce. This sauce is eaten fresh, as dressing or with dishes like fish, meat or potatoes.
