Millet flans and broccoli cream, the recipe with warming and anticancer properties

Here is a delicious recipe, simply exquisite, warming and also healthy. In fact, the millet flan with broccoli and Brazil nut sauce helps, thanks to its ingredients, such as millet and broccoli, to warm the body, just what you need in these cold days. 250 grams of millet
500 ml of vegetable broth
1 leek
1 carrot
1 zucchini
1 bell pepper
1 red onion
1 broccoli
1 clove of garlic
Brazil nuts
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt
Cut the pepper into quarters, remove the seeds and white filaments and finally cut the pepper into cubes, also cut into cubes the zucchini and carrot, keep these vegetables aside. Slice the leek and onion, brown them in a pan with extra virgin olive oil. Add the vegetables kept aside and cook for a couple of minutes. Add the well-washed millet and toast for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the broth, season with salt and cook for 25 minutes. Pour the mixture thus obtained into the molds, sprinkle with oil and bake at 180° C for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the broccoli and cook it in boiling water for five minutes. Pass the broccoli in the mixer together with a clove of garlic, add a drizzle of oil and mix. Serve the millet flans with the broccoli sauce, sprinkle with coarsely pounded Brazil nuts.
