Ingredients
320 grams of wholegrain pasta in penne format
6 tablespoons of tomato puree
250 ml vegan cream (soy or rice)
1/2 onion
200 grams of shrimp
Parsley
Extra virgin olive oil

Blanch the shrimp for a minute, then drain and set aside. Chop the half onion. In a pan, fry the chopped onion with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Now add the tomato puree and cream, mix.
