100 grams of type 1 wheat flour
50 grams of type 2 wheat flour
80 grams of warm water

Blanch the turnip greens for a few minutes, then drain. Blend with an immersion blender the turnip greens with the garlic cut into small pieces until smooth. Spread the turnip greens cream on the disc of dough. Wash the tomato and cut it into slices. Arrange the tomato on the pizza. Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces and distribute them over the dough. Pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and season with a pinch of salt. Bake at 200° for fifteen minutes.
