30 g of rolled oats
125 ml brown rice milk or other plant-based milk (soy, almond)
125 ml water
A handful of raisins
A pinch of vanilla powder
Pour the rolled oats and raisins in a pot with water, cook over a moderate heat for 5 minutes. You should obtain a soft and creamy compound. Add now the plant-based milk and the vanilla and keep cooking for other 5 minutes. Serve the porridge with thin slices of apple on the surface.
