Baked sea bream is a very tasty, appetizing, healthy and nutritious dish. The sea bream is in fact a source of proteins, unsaturated fatty acids, beneficial for the heart, and vitamins such as PP and B2, while the vegetables that accompany it are rich in antioxidants, such as the lycopene of tomatoes cooked in extra virgin olive oil, vitamins and mineral salts. And then, when a healthy dish is also tasty, you eat it even more gladly! Wrapping the fish in foil, in fact, is able to enhance the aromas of ginger, garlic and parsley that go very well with the softer and sweeter taste of green beans and onion. In addition to this, a delicious tasty note is given by the tomatoes, in short, our mouth is watering just to describe this recipe!
Ingredients
4 sea bream already cleaned
1 red onion
200 grams of cherry tomatoes
5 dried tomatoes in oil
200 grams of green beans
1 clove of garlic
Parsley
1 cm of fresh ginger
Sea salt
Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Tamari sauce
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Drain the dried tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Clean the green beans and steam them for 5 minutes. Chop up the onion and the parsley, slice finely the garlic. Prepare four sheets of baking paper and grease them with extra virgin olive oil. Place on the sheets a few tablespoons of chopped onion, garlic, parsley and dried tomatoes. Put the green beans on this mixture and complete with the grated ginger and a teaspoon of tamari sauce. Then place the sea bream, add a pinch salt and pepper both on the outside and inside of the fish. Pour a little oil. Complete with the remaining chopped onion, garlic, dry tomatoes and parsley and the cherry tomatoes. Close the paper sheets and bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
