320 grams of wholegrain penne pasta
200 grams of yellow peppers
200 grams of tomatoes
150 grams of sardines
1 clove of garlic
50 ml of white wine
Fresh chilli
Extra virgin olive oil
Clean the sardines and remove the bones. Clean the peppers and tomatoes. Cut the peppers into four parts, remove the seeds and white filaments and cut them into strips. Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Chop the garlic and fry in a pan with two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Add a crumpled bay leaf and pour in the white wine. Let it evaporate. Add the peppers, tomatoes and sardines, cook for a couple of minutes. Cook the pasta and drain it al dente. Season with the sauce, complete with a little fresh sliced chilli, oregano and serve.
