Spaghetti with Mediterranean sauce

320 grams of whole grain spaghetti
400 grams of cherry tomatoes
5 dry tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1/2 red chili pepper
20 grams of celery
1 tablespoon of capers
Extra virgin olive oil
Handful of pistachios
Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into slices. In a large bowl put the tomatoes, the dry tomatoes cut into pieces, the chopped garlic, the chili pepper cut into thin slices, the sliced celery and finally the capers. Pour 30 grams of extra virgin olive oil and let all these ingredients rest for a couple of hours. After this time, cook the pasta and drain it al dente, pour the pasta in the bowl with the sauce, stir to mix the ingredients and serve with chopped pistachios!
