Ingredients
250 g of whole almonds
2 teaspoons of whole cane sugar
a pinch of vanilla powder
Soy or rice milk
Pour the almonds in a food processor together with the sugar and the vanilla powder. Process these ingredients until creamy, you should stop and scrape down the sides every now and then. Then, after 20-30 minutes, the almonds will release their oil and the almond butter will be ready. Finally add soy or rice milk until the desired consistency is reached. Pour the butter in a jar and keep in the fridge.
