Centella asiatica, known also as gotu kola, is a plant belonging to the Apiaceae or Umbelliferae family. This plant is a remedy in case of cellulite, but it is also helpful in case of edema and capillary fragility, heaviness and swelling in the legs. It has a phlebotonic action, by strengthening and making more flexible the walls of blood vessels, in this way centella improves circulation and is useful to treat the hemorrhoids. Even the skin can benefit from Centella, which stimulates collagen, has an anti-inflammatory action and accelerates healing wounds, ulcers, burns. You can take the centella in treatment cycles of one-two months, repeat the treatment during the year. Avoid centella during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Bring to boil a cup of boiling water, then remove it from heat and add 4 gr of leaves of centella, leave to brew for ten minutes. Filter and drink.
30 drops in a little water, three times a day before meals.
