The Dead Sea salt can be found in all chemist’s and herbalist’s shops. Prefer the coarse Dead Sea salt in its simplest form without the addition of fragrance or other elements. Dissolve one tablespoon of salt in a basin of water at the temperature of 37-38°C. Soak the part, the could be the face in case of acne or eczema, or the joint in case of joint pain and arthritis. Useful also in case of psoriasis, in this case our advice is to fill a bathtub with water at the temperature 37-38°C and dissolve 7-8 tablespoons of Dead Sea salt.
