English plantain is a plant that grows spontaneously on the edges of meadows, paths and on the mountains. Grind some leaves of plantain and apply them on wounds or insect bites. The remedy can heal and give relief in case of itching and irritations.
Leave to brew one tablespoon of English plantain leaves in a cup of boiling water for 10 minutes, strain and drink up to two cups a day.
