Herbal tea for internal use
Bring to boil a liter of water, once it reaches the boiling point, remove from heat and infuse half a handful of dried petals for ten minutes, filter and drink a cup before meals.
Rose water for external use
Collect 100 grams of rose petals, wash them to remove impurities and traces of pollution and put the petals in a glass bowl. Meanwhile, boil a cup of water, pour the boiling water on the flowers. Cover with a lid and leave to stand for a night. The day after filter and pour the rose water in a closed container, previously sterilized. Keep the lotion in the fridge for a maximum of two weeks.
