The garden cress belongs to the Brassicaceae, it is rich in vitamin C, PP, B2 and E and mineral salts such as iron, phosphorus, manganese and calcium. Cress has a powerful detox action, it has diuretic, digestive and febrifuge properties. Because of the high level of iron cress is also antianemic. In addition to this cress is a remedy in case of acne, diabetes, because it is able to lower the level of sugar in blood, neuralgias, toothache and hair loss. You can take cress in the following ways.

In salad

Eat cress in salad whenever possible.

Juice for the skin

Grind the stems and leaves of the garden cress and apply them on the skin in case of acne or skin irritations.

Compresses against toothache

The blended cress leaves can be applied on the part in case of neuralgia or toothache.

Lotion against hair loss

Blend 100 gr of garden cress, add some water and massage on the scalp. After some minutes wash the scalp. This treatment fortifies your hair and can slow down hair loss, because it seems it is able to improve circulation in hair follicle.
