Finally, the THC, tetrahydrocannabinol, that is the psychoactive constituent of cannabis, is produced just from the flowers and leaves, not from the seeds that, on the contrary, don’t contain this substance, this is confirmed by the Italian National Institute of Health. The advised dosage is a teaspoon of oil per day, but you can take until a tablespoon in order to treat problems such as high cholesterol, the usage of hemp oil indeed is able to reduce very fast both cholesterol and triglycerides. You can use hemp oil raw to season salads and vegetables. But hemp oil is also helpful in cosmetic. You can apply it on the part in case of acne, psoriasis, dry skin and dehydrated skin, eczema and skin irritations but also to revitalize and nourish dry hair. You can massage some drops of oil on the face, in the evening, until it is completely absorbed or, for the health and beauty of the hair, you can add a few drops to the conditioner or the mask you use.
