As herbal tea
Infuse 1,5 tablespoon of jasmine flowers in one liter of boiling water for 10 minutes, strain and drink. Jasmine is a powerful painkiller so jasmine tea can be a remedy in case of headache or other types of pain. Jasmine tea is also useful in case of anxiety, stress and insomnia. Try it also if you have problems of poor digestion.
As essential oil
Try to mix 1 or 2 drops of jasmine essential oil in the cream of face and body and apply this on the skin. This has a firming, anti aging, revitalizing and brightening effect.
