The Lapacho bark is a natural antibiotic, it improves the body defense against bacteria, viruses and fungi and it is used in case of candida and cystitis. It contains also iron, copper, silver and boron. You can prepare a herbal tea with Lapacho bark in this way: take one teaspoon of Lapacho bark, add it to a cup of water and heat to boiling. Let it boil for about 10 minutes, then remove from heat and infuse for other 10 minutes. Strain and drink. Avoid Lapacho during pregnancy and breast-feeding or if you are using anticoagulants or aspirin.
