Polygonum cuspidatum or Japanese knotweed, scientific name Fallopia Japonica, is a plant belonging to the Polygonaceae family native to China. In addition to this, Polygonium contains mineral salts such as potassium, iron, calcium and magnesium, it has a depurative action by helping to eliminate toxins and improves the body's response to fatigue. Moreover, the remedy has also a similar estrogen effect and is therefore useful in countering and alleviating menopausal disorders. You can take the polygonium cuspidatum in the form of a dry extract, 1 capsule before breakfast for a month. To enhance the effect, you can take it together with lemon juice that improves the absorption of resveratrol.
