Schisandra can be found as dried berries, that can be added to breakfast yogurt or that can be eaten as snack, or as tablets or herbal tea.
For one month, before bed and against insomnia, stress and anxiety, try one tablet of 500 mg dry schisandra extract.
Boil one tablespoon of schisandra in a cup of water for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and leave to brew for 10 minutes, then strain and drink one cup a day.
