Infused oil and essential oil of thyme
The essential oil of thyme is purchased in all herbalists and specialized shops. You can add a drop of this essential oil to a teaspoon of a carrier oil, such as jojoba, and apply in the evening as an anti-inflammatory and anti-dark spot serum. Alternatively, you can mix a drop of essence with a little face cream and apply. Instead, you can prepare thyme infused oil by yourself, the process is simple. Place 4-5 sprigs of thyme with leaves and flowers in a glass jar, then pour sunflower oil to cover the plant. Heat the jar in a double boiler for 3-4 hours, then remove from heat and filter. You can apply a few drops of this oil directly on pimples, fungal infections, sores, wounds and insect bites.
Thyme water is bought in specialized shops and online and should be sprayed onto the skin of the face.
