Standing on the yoga mat spread the legs, your arms at your side
By inhaling raise your arms to shoulder height, hand palms are facing down
When your arms are at shoulder height rotate the hand palms that now should face up. Continue to raise slowly the arms over your head.
With the arms overhead relax the muscles of the wrists, of the shoulders and exhale. Then, by inhaling, clasp your hands in prayer and extend and elongate your body upwards
Relax the muscles of writs and shoulders, then return to the initial pose by lowering the arms with palms facing up, at the shoulder height rotate the palms facing down. Take a full breath and repeat the exercise.
