You are on the yoga mat. Go in the bridge pose and breathe.
Lift the right leg and stretch it towards the ceiling. Bring down the leg and, when it is parallel to the floor, bend the knee and bring it towards the chest. Stretch again the leg towards the ceiling and repeat the movement for 8 times. Repeat with the other leg.
Do now the movement by changing the direction. Start with the bent knee, stretch the leg in front of you, then lift it towards the ceiling. Bend the leg and bring it close to the chest. Do for 8 times then change the leg.
