Today we take care of our beauty. We will see small, simple gestures that can become part of our daily beauty routine to combat wrinkles, to tone and brighten the face and to reduce signs of fatigue.

With the palm of one hand hit the back of the other in order to tap the face with your fingers, concentrate on the lower part of the face, so the chin and cheeks. Run for 15 to 20 seconds.

With the back of your hands or fingers, give small slaps under the chin, in order to tone it and reshape the oval of the face.

For signs of fatigue and a dull complexion, get two towels. Wet the first with warm water and place it on your face for ten seconds. Then wet the second towel with cold water and place it on your face for a few seconds. Keep doing this until you feel fit again.

Morning and/or evening, before spreading the cream, do small pinches perpendicular to the wrinkle, along its entire length. While applying a cream or serum oil instead, run your fingers perpendicular to the wrinkle.

When you apply the eye contour, with the thumb and forefinger of one hand, widen the crow's feet area and massage gently with the index finger of the other hand. However, this massage can also be performed on the whole face, insisting where there are wrinkles.

Massage the neck in slow circular motions, alternating between hands. Then also massage the back of the head and finally relax.
