Not only that, we will also see a useful exercise for the health and beauty of hair, to counteract its loss and for a healthy and luminous hair.
Tap with your fingertips on the skin of the face, starting from the forehead and gradually moving down the cheeks to the chin. Repeat for a few cycles.
Press lightly with your fingers on the scalp and perform circular massages. Try to do full head massages.
Place your index fingers under the eyebrows and slide your fingers upwards so as to open your eyes wide. Smile and contrast the movement of the index fingers with your eyebrows.
Make an O with your mouth. Fold your lips over your teeth and smile. Tilt your head back slightly and look up. Stay in position for ten seconds, then relax your features and bring your head straight, then repeat the exercise.
Place your fingers on your temples. Close your mouth and bring your teeth together. Smile and pull your ears back for ten seconds. Relax your features then repeat the exercise.
Form an O with your mouth again. Fold your upper lip over your teeth and smile. Place your index fingers on your cheekbones. Now try to lower the index fingers by lowering the cheekbones, then raise them again, then let them go down. Finally, relax your features.
