Open your mouth and cover your teeth with your lips. Place your index fingers on your cheekbones, raise and lower your cheekbones ten times. On the tenth time, keep the cheekbones raised, detach the fingers and bring them upwards, above the head. The gaze follows the fingers, stay like that for ten seconds, then relax the features.
Smile with your mouth closed, stretch the corners of your mouth. Bring your lips outwards. Press with your index fingers on the sides of the mouth, then go with your index fingers towards the cheekbones and then towards the corners of the eyes. Maintain the pressure and position for 10 seconds.
Place your index fingers on the sides of your mouth. Run your fingers to the cheekbones and beyond. Open your mouth to form an O, you should feel a resistance in the muscles. Hold for 10 seconds, then relax and repeat a couple of times.
