This pose helps you to calm your mind, to relax and to relieve the tensions especially if localized on the back and shoulders. This is an Ideal asana to start the yoga session after the crocodile pose or after yoga poses that use the muscles of the back.
Kneel on the floor and sit on your heels.
Widen slightly the legs
Lean forward until you can rest your forehead on your hands closed into fists, one above the other and the arms bent
Stay in this pose for some breathes then return in the first pose
