There is a warrior inside us, a strength that helps us overcome the obstacles and the small daily fights. This yoga pose is dedicated to this strength that allows us look at our goals with a clear gaze and firmness.
Stand on your yoga mat, spread the legs.
Rotate le left foot externally and try to bend the left knee. If the knee goes beyond the ankle return to the initial pose and spread more the legs, rotate the foot but not the torso.
Bring the arms up until the shoulder height, relax the muscles and then stretch the arms until the fingers of the hands.
Bend the left knee and, without rotating the torso, rotate the head. You should look in the direction indicated by the fingers of the left hand. Stay in the pose for some breaths, look at your goals and feel inside you stability and strength that you will be able to feel again whenever you need.
Return to the initial pose and repeat the exercise by changing the body side.
