Stand on your yoga mat and step forward with the right foot. In order to maintain the balance turn the left foot like the picture.
Spread your arms and assume the pose of prayer. Bend your right leg forward.
Stay in this pose for 1 minute.
At the end, straighten your right leg, relax your arms and step forward with the left foot.
Repeat all the steps with the other leg.
