Stretch your arms upwards, then bend your torso forward until you touch the ground with your hands. Take a few steps forward with your hands and enter the downward facing dog pose. Remove your right hand and bring it to the outside of the left ankle, thus performing a detox twist. Return your hand to its place, then repeat with the other hand.
Bring your right foot between your hands. Lift your torso and raise your arms to the side up to shoulder height. Come down with your torso sideways to the right, until you touch the ground with your right hand. The hand rests in front of the right foot. The left arm stretches up and the head follows the movement of the left hand, stay in the position for a few breaths. Lift your torso again, then return to the downward facing dog pose. Repeat on the other side.
Bring yourself onto your back, bend your legs and raise your pelvis. Support your back with your hands. Stretch your legs upwards. Slowly, come down with your legs until your feet are resting on the ground, beyond your head. Extend your arms behind your back.
Release the position, start swinging on your back, back and forth. Then bring yourself into a sitting position. Cross your legs. Rotate your torso to the left, place your right hand on your left knee. When you exhale, try to rotate a little more. Then repeat on the other side. Finally, bring yourself to the center, breathe and take a moment more for yourself.
