Yoga to relieve bloating and improve digestion

A stressful life, meals often rich in refined carbohydrates and sugars consumed quickly and the habit of chewing little, all this can lead to a swollen stomach.
What can be done to relieve belly bloating? Today we see a yoga sequence to help fight bloating, improve digestive processes and detoxify the body.
Sit cross-legged, place your hands on your knees and start making small movements to warm up the muscles. Exhale and turn your head to the right, inhale and bring it back to the center, exhale and turn it to the left, and so on. After a few breaths, stop the movement. While holding the position, rotate your torso moving forward and to the left, then to the right and then back to the right, then back to the left. Continue like this in one direction and then in the other.
Extend your legs in front of you and come down with your back to the ground. Bring your knees bent to your chest. The hands rest on the left knee and the head is raised slightly, looking towards the navel. Extend your right leg forward, almost touching the ground with your foot. Now, in one smooth motion, change legs, bringing the right knee to the chest and stretching the left leg, then swap legs again and so on. Continue 6-7 times.
Stand with your back on the floor and bring both knees to your chest. Keeping your knees in place, bring your hammer feet to face the ceiling. With your hands, grab your ankles, breathe and stay in position for a few seconds.
Bring your knees to your chest and open your arms, stretching them to shoulder height. Slowly come down with your legs to the right as your face rotates to the left. Then lift your legs again, then come down with your legs to the left and turn your face to the right.
Release the position and bring yourself to a sitting position. Keeping your feet on the ground and a little apart, lift your pelvis off the mat. The knees look outwards while the elbows press against the inside of the knees, the hands are in prayer. Then, release the position of the hands, the head slowly descends downwards and the arms wrap the knees coming to grab the ankles. Stay in this position for a few seconds, breathe.
